Ambulatory

At CM Equine Vets Ltd we aim to provide a consistently high standard of care for our patients and to offer our clients a professional and personalised service they can trust.

Our ambulatory services cover the Home Counties from our base in Stokenchurch. We have access to clinic facilities in New Hatches when required but can provide a wide range of services at your premises. We offer free yard visits if 4 or more horses are seen on the same occasion and a 10% discount on vaccinations when 2 or more horses are vaccinated for the same owner.

Appointments can be made Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 18:00 and on Saturdays 08:30 - 13:00.

Our ambulatory team are all experienced equine vets providing veterinary services on site which include:

  • Vaccinations
  • Dentals
  • Pre-purchase exams
  • Lameness evaluations
  • Poor performance assessments
  • Stud work

We can also carry out minor surgical procedures such as wolf tooth removals and castrations on site as well as gastroscopy and endoscopy procedures with the involvement of equine internal medicine specialists Tim Brazil and Andy Durham.

In addition, our equine vets provide emergency cover for local point to points, Lingfield racecourse, BE, BS and British Driving competitions as well as the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

If your horse has a more serious condition or requires referral for emergency treatment, we have access to a number of outstanding referral hospitals ensuring your horse gets the best possible care. Equally, if you have a preference to where you would like your horse referred, we are happy to arrange this for you.
